Chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients....

1 and 1/2 cups crushed biscuit.

1 tablespoon of brown sugar.

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.

1/4 cup melted unsalted butter.

For the filling:

3/4 cup of cream cheese.

1 cup of ricotta cheese.

4 eggs.

1/3 cup cocoa powder.

1 teaspoon vanilla powder.

1 cup of sugar.

2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

For the top of the cake:

1 cup of sour cream (sour cream).

1/2 cup fine sugar.

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon.



    The method....    

Mix the crushed biscuits with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then add the melted butter to it and mix it well, then put the biscuit mixture in the bottom of the baking bowl and press the biscuits with your fingers well until it holds together.

For the filling:

Put cream cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon in an electric mixer and mix well for 10 minutes until the ingredients are well mixed.

Then pour this mixture on the biscuits and put it in the oven at 325 degrees for an hour, then take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.

  To cover:

Mix well the sour cream, sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a bowl and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, then take it out and leave it in the fridge to cool.
