Cocoa cake with cream cheese filling

Ingredients:

Filling:

¼ cup of sugar

1 package cream cheese (Philadelphia)

an egg

1 teaspoon vanilla


Cake:

2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 ½ cup sugar

1 cup of water

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup soft butter

3 eggs

1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1 teaspoon vanilla


Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 F

Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and beat at a slow speed for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and set aside.

Mix all the cake ingredients in a bowl and beat at a slow speed until the mixture becomes smooth

Then beat on high speed for 2 minutes

Pour 3 cups of the cake mix into a greased and floured round tray, hollowed out from the middle

Then put the filling mixture with a spoon over the cake mixture so that it does not touch the pan

Put the rest of the cake mixture on top of the filling

Bake in the oven for 50 minutes or until done

Leave it to cool for 30 minutes, then remove it from the tray and let it cool completely

Cut it and serve it with coffee
