Ingredients:
- A cup and a quarter of a cup of water.
- A cup of flour.
- Half a cup of butter.
- Two and a half tablespoons of vanilla.
- 3 eggs.
- A little sugar.
- A quarter of a spoonful of salt.
How to prepare :
1) Boil water, sugar and butter in a saucepan, then remove from heat.
2) Sift the flour and add it to the saucepan and stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon.
3) Return it to the oven on a low heat, add a little vanilla and salt, and stir the ingredients. Then remove it from the fire and leave it until it cools completely.
4) Whisk the eggs with the rest of the vanilla and put them in the pot, then stir the ingredients, put them in a decorating bag, then pour them into the oven tray in the form of circles, and put them in an oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes.
5) Put the mixture in a decorating bag, make a hole in the base of each piece, then fill it with cream.
Note: Garnish with soft sugar, chocolate sauce, or custard sauce.
