The fall
A miscarriage is a fetus that falls from its mother’s womb dead. Islam has forbidden abortion or intentional miscarriage after the soul has been breathed into it, with the exception of some cases in which an abortion is necessary, and because of the physical and psychological pain the mother feels, she has no choice but to pray and turn to God to have mercy on her fetus and compensate her. He blesses her with good offspring.[1]
