The method....
- The first layer is prepared by mixing the biscuits with the melted butter in the blender until it is well mixed, then it is spread on the bottom of a circular mold and placed in the refrigerator.
- Add the gelatin to the hot water and mix well, then mix in all the remaining ingredients except for the flake cocoa in the electric mixer well, then pour it on the biscuit layer and put it in the freezer until it solidifies.
- Decorate the surface of the ice cream with grated cocoa and keep it in the freezer until serving.
