Ingredients....


24 pieces of tea biscuits.

1/2 packet of melted butter (weighing 113 grams).

2 bags of Dream Whip.

1 cup cold water.

200 grams of cream cheese.

2 packets of cream.

1 can of concentrated and sweetened milk.

2 tablespoons of gelatin.

1/3 cup hot water.

6 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

4 tablespoons of grated chocolate.



     The method....

- Grind the biscuits in a blender, mix the butter with it, then put it in a mold with a moving base and press it well until the surface is even, then put it in the refrigerator.

- Place the Dream Whip with cold water and mix with an electric mixer until it becomes foamy. Add cheese, cream and milk and mix until smooth.

- Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then add to the mixture and whisk until the mixture is homogeneous. Half the amount of the mixture is placed on top of the biscuits, then placed in the freezer until the mixture holds together.

- Add the cocoa powder to the rest of the mixture and beat for two minutes, then put it on top of the white mixture and leave it in the fridge until the mixture holds together, then decorate with grated chocolate
