Ingredients....
1/2 cup of butter.
1 cup of sugar.
Two eggs.
2/3 cup of coconut.
1 and 1/2 cups of flour.
1 cup of sour cream (sour cream).
1/3 cup of cream.
to cover
2 cups of coconut.
Two egg whites.
1/2 cup fine sugar.
The method....
for cake....
Mix sugar and butter in a bowl for kneading, then add eggs to it and mix it well, then add coconut, flour, sour cream and cream, and mix well.
Put the mixture in a baking bowl and put it in for an hour at 350 degrees.
To cover....
Mix coconut and egg whites and mix well, then add sugar and mix well. Then pour it on the cake and serve it.
