Ingredients....
One egg.
Yolks of 3 eggs.
1/2 cup of sugar.
1/2 cup of milk.
1 and 1/2 cups of cream.
A pinch of salt.
for caramel
1/2 cup of sugar.
3 tablespoons of water.
The method....
Mix eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt, then heat the milk and cream until boiling, then add them to the eggs, mix well, then leave to cool.
For the karamiya , mix the sugar with two tablespoons of water on the fire until the sugar dissolves, then leave it on the fire for 5 minutes until it becomes golden in color, then remove it from the fire and mix it with one tablespoon of water in a quick way, and leave it to cool, then put it in the oven tray and put the egg and milk mixture on top and put it in the oven for 50 minutes, then remove from the oven and leave to cool in the refrigerator
