toffee cake

Ingredients....


1 and 1/2 packet of digestive biscuits.

113 grams of melted butter (1 mold).

4 eggs.

1 can of sour cream (250 grams).

2 boxes of cream cheese (200 grams).

1 tablespoon flour.

1 teaspoon liquid vanilla.

Toffee sauce:

1/2 cup of sugar.

1/2 block of butter (113 grams).

1/2 packet of cream.



      The method....

- To make the toffee: melt the sugar over the fire, then add the butter and cream to it and stir over the fire until it turns golden.

- Grind the biscuits in a blender, mix the butter with it, then put it in a mold with a moving base and press it well until the surface is even, then put it in the refrigerator.

- Beat eggs with sour cream, cheese, flour and vanilla in an electric mixer for 5 minutes, then pour the mixture over the biscuits.

- Bake in a low temperature oven for an hour and leave until completely cooled, then put in a serving dish and pour the toffee sauce on it.
